The Flex IR PTZ is idea for applications that require reliable, expansive functionality at an economical price point. With its 30x optical and 12x digital magnification, the IR PTZ is capable of effectively managing video quality at a distance of up to 1,000 feet. Powerful IR LEDs on the outdoor model allow for a night scene illumination of up to 490 feet. Packaged in a bubble-free, environmentally sealed, and vandal-resistant design, the Flex IR PTZ maximizes video quality at any tilt angle.
True Wide Dynamic Range and True Day/ Night technology produce high-quality images regardless of lighting challenges.

Bubble free designA bubble-free design ultimately results in clearer, crisper and distortion free images. This in conjunction with the 1080P resolution of the camera, means that the operator is presented with a high degree of detail in order to facilitate better Situational Awareness both with live monitoring and forensic investigations.

TrickleStorA network interruption between the camera and NVR can result in the loss of video recording of mission critical events such as health and safety violations, or crimes. To mitigate the risk of a network loss, TrickleStor enables the camera to detects this fault condition and record to an onboard SD card until network connection is re-established. At this point the video recorded on the SD card is then automatically synchronised with the recorder, seamlessly backfilling the missing video. This means that there are no gaps in the video should an operator need to replay video or create a clip of an event which took place during the network outage.

True Day/NightBeing a True Day / Night camera with integral Adaptive IR reduces the overall cost of the video surveillance system as no supplementary and costly external IR lights are needed to flood the area of interest with IR at night. The integral Adaptive IR LEDs adjust in intensity so as to deliver the right amount of light to see objects close up or far into the distance, up to 150M away. This means that the illustra Flex IR PTZ is just as effective at night as it is during the day and 24/7 use of the camera assures excellent value for money.
