Flexibility and Deployment
Whilst Tyco/JCI offers a complete frictionless access solution, enabled by Tyco AI, we designed our solution with flexibility in mind. Our first release leverages facial recognition but we are exploring other biometric options for future release. We also welcome co-development efforts with partners who have custom AI needs. For example we are collaborating with Microsoft to deliver Illustra Insight with Azure AI.

Twin cameras for Increased AccuracyIllustra Insight utilises two imagers (IR and RGB) that can quickly distinguish between an actual human and a picture of a human, greatly increasing accuracy while reducing false positives. Illustra Insight can be configured to enable access via a QR code credential that can be presented to the Illustra Insight camera in place of a facial biometric. This ensures access can be provided to visitors and users that have not yet had their facial biometric registered on the system. and users that have not yet had their facial biometric registered on the system.
